Blindify 0.2.0 script details The blinds transition effect has been made famous by Microsoft's PowerPoint tool.
It works by cutting an image vertically or horizontally in equal slices and moving them out of view, bringing in the new content in sliced format as well.
While there are countless variations on this animation effect, it has been rarely used on Web-based tools due to its complexity.
The Blindify jQuery plugin will allow developers to use it as the base for your image slideshows, showing and hiding images in a photo set using a simple hide/show animation sequence and the classic sliced images.
The effect works for both vertically and horizontally sliced images, and is very customizable when it comes to the number of blinds to use, the background color, the gap between the slices, the slideshow dimensions, and so on.
